Mediation is a confidential, informal process in which two or more people involved in a dispute come together in an effort to reach solutions to their conflict with the assistance of a neutral third person, called "the Mediator". Our Mediators, who are trained and experienced in conflict resolution, do not take sides or make decisions. The Mediator's role is to help the disputants focus on solutions for the future, rather than problems of the past. Mediators also help parties to evaluate their goals and options in order to reach their own solutions. Mediation can often save time, money and, sometimes, relationships.
