Conflict Coaching

Conflict Coaching is a process in which a professional trained in dispute management and a client communicate one on one in an effort to develop and improve the client’s conflict-related interactions, understanding and communications. The goal of conflict coaching is to enable the client to more effectively identify and deal with conflicts that may occur.  For example, conflict coaching is effective if a workplace manager wishes to develop skills to address issues of employee morale, apathy, discord or insubordination.
